1. Which mode of payment do you accept?
Bank Tranfer is our preferred mode of payment. For faster processing, kindly transfer to:

We also accept payment through Paypal (Paypal acc: randychan83@gmail.com).

2. Why am I not able to pay with my credit card?
Credit card transaction is not our preferred mode of payment as we believe in translating the cost paid to the credit card companies back to our customers in the form of our low pricings.

3. Can I pay if I don't have a credit card?
Yes, For Singapore customers, we also accept Internet banking or Bank transfer as mode of payment.
For overseas customers, payments can be conducted through your existing paypal account.

4. How do I confirm my order through internet banking/bank transfer (ATM)?
Kindly transfer the payment amount to our account:

thereafter, drop an email to cufflinks.sg@gmail.com with the following info:
· Mode of transfer (Bank or Paypal)
· Item code & quantity
· Payment date & time

We accept all Singapore major Bank transfers such as (UOB,OCBC). However for faster processing, DBS/POSB and Citibank are our preferred mode of Bank Transfer.

5. How much do I have to pay for shipping?
Shipping is free of charge for all local deliveries within Singapore.
For overseas shipping, kindly add in an additional S$7. For bulk purchases, kindly contact us for further discussion.

6. How long will it take to receive my order?
Upon successful transfer of payment, it is estimated that you would receive your item within 4 working days. For festive seasons, kindly allow additional time for arrival.

7. Do you do customized cufflinks?
We do offer options for customised cufflinks (with min. Qty). The cost of the customised cufflinks varies with the quantity required. Feel free to contact us for a competitive pricing and design discussion.

8. Are your prices quoted inclusive of GST?
All prices quoted are nett prices and you do not have to pay any additional government taxes in addition to them. (Valid for local deliveries)

9. What kind of packaging does the cufflinks come in?
All our cufflinks are packaged in a simple box. Should you require an upgrade to a premium box, kindly contact us for more details.
